What comes to your mind when you hear the word holiness? Perhaps some of you think of some saintly, gray-haired lady, a powerful evangelist, or a dedicated missionary. But do you think of yourself? Have you ever thought you could be holy?

The work of God’s sanctification that results in a life of holiness is for every believer. Holiness isn’t reserved for a select few of God’s “teacher’s pets,” or available only to those who live far above the ordinary humdrum of daily life. Holiness is not just for pastors, missionaries, and retired folk who “have enough time to pray all day.” Holiness is for all of us.
