LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) is a discipleship program for High School aged young people at TSA Guelph Citadel, in which youth are paired with a mentor who will support their spiritual journey from adolescence into adulthood, meeting one-on-one and participating in discipleship workshops, bi-monthly.
